The Border League in Las Vegas, October 3–5 will be our biggest year ever with games televised along the ESPN, NBA TV and BallerTV platforms. We have added more showcase games in order to provide more opportunities for players and teams at all levels to be seen. This year there will be multiple boys and girls divisions ensuring balanced competition. Additionally, last year The Border League had over 200 college coaches, 400 media members and 30 NBA scouts in attendance. This year is shaping up even better.
Additionally, we have opened the hotel link and moved the date earlier so the rates in Las Vegas are much better.
The Border League East in Maryland, October 24–26 will really be sharing the spotlight this year as we have decided to grow the event, add television and expand our media and college coach reach. This year the venues have been set already and we will be expecting more than 150 boys and girls teams.
Keep in mind, The Border League is an invite-only event and is played in the pre-season so it does not count against your game schedule. This is the kickoff to the year and a great way to get your program recognized early. Many teams play non-scholastic but we do require them to be your high school program.
